Health insurance Schools in the Twin Tiers
Premiums make up a large part of school budget costs. A Star-Gazette survey of 13 school districts in Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben and Tioga counties found that employees contribute between zero and 22.5 percent toward the cost of their health
