The Massachusetts Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector board, which is responsible for implementing the state's new health insurance law, on Monday postponed a vote on proposed minimum coverage requirements after a board subcommittee said the average monthly premium would cost about $380, the Boston Globe reports.
