Senate panel sends 'Wal-Mart' health insurance bill to floor
Heeding arguments to stop large employers from sticking the government with health care costs, a Senate committee on Wednesday passed legislation that would require the biggest firms to pay for health insurance or give the state money to do it. Resembling a law passed in Maryland that targets Wal-Mart, the legislation would apply to companies that employ more than 10,000 people in Minnesota --
