Feds may increase funding for kids' health insurance
Ohio would gain $320 million a year -- and the ability to cover tens of thousands of uninsured children -- if Congress pumps another $10 billion annually into the State Children's Health Insurance Program, say advocates and an Ohio lawmaker.
