Low-premium plans offer insurance choices While monthly costs might decrease, out-of-pocket expenses double on health
State workers can now sign up for a new kind of health insurance, the first low-premium, high-deductible plans offered to state employees. The new value plans, as the Health Care Authority calls them, will cost employees less than half as much as the traditional plans each
